Bread Loaf
Makes a 500g loaf

Ingredients
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 yeast sachet (7g)
- 500g flour
- 25g butter (optional)
- 300ml water
Method
- Mix 1 tsp salt and 1 yeast sachet (7g) into 500g flour.
- Rub in 25g butter (optional).
- Stir in 300ml water by hand.
- Knead.
- Bake at 220°C for 30 mins.
