Pizza
Makes 2 pizzas

Ingredients
- 1 sachet of yeast (7g)
- 350g flour
- 200ml warm water
- toppings
Method
- Mix 1 sachet of yeast (7g) and a pinch of salt into 350g flour.
- Stir in 200ml warm water and knead.
- Let the dough rest under a tea towel for 5 mins (for a thin crust).
- Roll out and add toppings.
Pizza oven
- Bake at 400°C for 90 seconds. Rotate the pizza half way through cooking.
Normal oven
- Bake at 220°C for 10 mins.
